Fried Chicken Recipe

Mostly people like to eat chicken. It is the most common type of poultry eaten in the world. Today chicken is used in almost every restaurant for example in China, people eat Kung Pao, butter chicken in India and Pakistan and in United States we like to eat the fried, baked, and grilled. Baked and grilled not tasty and juicy than fried chicken. There are many different recipes to cook a Fried Chicken.  

 Today I will Show you one of my recipe for fried chicken and how easy it is. You will see the difference when you cook your fried chicken and the one you eat at the restaurant, and most important you will save a lot of money. The only major thing you need is chicken legs and thigh, other ingredients you will find in your kitchen.This recipe is unique whether you want to fry it or bake it.For the fried chicken recipe you just have to follow the basic step. 

   For this chicken recipe you will need at least 5 legs and 5 thigh, 1 whole lemon, 2 table spoon cayenne pepper, 1 spoon garlic and ginger paste, salt and pepper to taste, 2 cup of oil for frying two cup of all purpose flour and 2 large eggs beaten. Now start marinating chicken for at least 12 hours before you serve. First you need to wash the chicken but do not try to pull skin off. Then in a large bowl mix garlic and ginger paste. Then squeeze lemon juice and pinch of salt. Finally apply the mixture on the chicken and refrigerator for 12 hours.

 The next morning, take the marinating chicken out the refrigerator and set chicken for room temperature. Meanwhile prepare the flour. In the flour put 2 table spoon cayenne pepper salt and pepper to taste.Mix it well and set a side. Now turn the stove on high heat, put the fry pan and pour oil in the pan. Now wait until is hot. After turning heat medium temperature,dip each piece of chicken in to the beaten egg, then mix in the flour with spices. Finally, the remaining chicken fry using the same method . After fry the chicken to set on few pieces of the paper towel to drain the oil out. After you fried all the chicken pieces to make sure to turn the stove off. Now garnish with herbs and serve with hot sauce.

If you ever feel hungry and have nothing to eat then just try this recipe. You can spend just an hour marinating instead. This recipe will feed between 4 to 5 people. If you need to make more than that, just double the recipe and follow the same instructions. I hope that this fried chicken as quick, easy and delicious for you as it was for me. Always remember that hot oil can cause some serious burn injuries, so keeping the extinguish, nearby is very smart thing to do while cooking.
