Important of Meals


 Meals are very important for our health and daily lives.  People can have meals whenever they want, even if they are not hungry. Some people have trouble with eating especially kids they make excuses such as:"I am not hungry." Or " I have no time." Or  "I have to loose some weight." You need to have a good meal everyday. If people start skipping their meals it will eventually effect their health. There are three important meals in a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I will  further explain why the meals are so important in our daily lives?

 Breakfast is very important part of our day because it's the first meal we have when we wake up. It gives us energy and keeps us strong for our busy life. It also helps us manage our weight. If we skip breakfast we end up with eating more food for lunch and dinner and snack on unhealthy things. Even the doctor say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it can help maintain a healthy weight. 

Secondly, the most important meal is lunch. It re-energizes our body and gives us energy to work hard. Lunch keeps our bodies metabolism active. It also raises our sugar level. Lunch is also very important for kids. Kids who don`t eat breakfast can get energy by eating lunch to stay focus in class. Studies proves that people who skip meals are more likely to get obesity, diabetes,  and heart problems later on in life. Next time you think about skipping lunch keep these important things in mind. 

Dinner is also very important and known as a family meal. After a long day of work and school this meal is very important for health and gets the whole family together. If we have dinner right before sleep we actually gain more fat because it is hard to digest food. The result of that is having heart burn. Heavy dinner can also give us discomfort. Skipping dinner can wake us up in the middle of the night because we are hungry which results in eating snacks and unhealthy foods. I would suggest to eat dinner a little early in the evening and go for a walk or little exercise afterwards. This is maintain a balance and keep your mind and body fresh. 

Kick start your day with breakfast so it keeps you strong. Refuel your body by having lunch and refreshing your energy and dinner to keep you healthy. Make sure to have all three meals regularly each day.
